Berlusconi Family Sells Monza to American Fund

American investment fund Beckett Layne Ventures has become the new owner of football club Monza, which was previously owned by the Fininvest holding controlled by the family of Silvio Berlusconi.

According to Gazzetta dello Sport, the transaction is estimated at approximately 30 million euros. In the 2024/25 season, Monza were unable to stay in Italy's top division, finishing in 20th place and subsequently being relegated from Serie A.

Silvio Berlusconi also owned AC Milan for 31 years, from 1986 to 2017.
