Jakub Jankto, a 29-year-old midfielder for Cagliari, has announced his retirement from professional football, French online outlet RMC Sport reports.
Jankto had been with the Italian club since 2023. He played his final match on April 14, 2024.
Earlier in his career he also represented Udinese, Ascoli, Sampdoria, Getafe and Sparta Prague. He appeared in 45 matches and scored four goals for the Czech national team.
