Calciomercato has reported that Premier League club Chelsea submitted a bid of 59 million euros to Juventus for forward Kenan Yildiz, who represents both the team and Turkey.
According to the available information, Chelsea's management viewed the 20-year-old winger as a reward for their head coach, Enzo Maresca, for a successful season; however, Juventus turned down the offer.
Yildiz has been with Juventus since November 2023, after moving from Bayern Munich. In the 2024/2025 season, the Turkish forward played 35 matches in Serie A, scoring seven goals and providing five assists, in addition to appearing in ten UEFA Champions League matches (1 goal, 1 assist). His contract with Juventus is valid until the end of June 2029, and Transfermarkt estimates him at 50 million euros.
On July 16, The Athletic reported that Chelsea are preparing for a significant player sale during the summer transfer window of 2025.
