London club Chelsea have officially confirmed the transfer of striker Armando Broja to Burnley. Journalist Fabrizio Romano reports that the transfer fee was about €20 million.
In its official statement, Chelsea thanked the 23-year-old forward for his services and wished him well for the future.
Broja spent last season on loan at Everton, where he featured in 13 matches but did not register any goal contributions. The Albanian’s contract with Chelsea ran until the summer of 2028. According to Transfermarkt, his market value is estimated at €12 million.
