Chelsea midfielder Mykhailo Mudryk has been found guilty of a series of traffic offenses and sentenced to community service.
The incident took place after the footballer's car was stopped by police in London due to excessive window tinting.
During the inspection, it was established that Mudryk was driving the vehicle without a valid driver's license, which had been annulled in August of the current year for six months. The footballer also did not have insurance for his car.
Following the proceedings, the court sentenced Mudryk to 60 hours of mandatory community service. Furthermore, he was disqualified from driving for one year and ordered to pay a fine of 199 pounds.
To recall, Mudryk is suspended from all football tournaments due to meldonium found in his system. The disqualification is expected to end in 2028. Chelsea have announced its desire to appeal the decision.
Mudryk has played for Chelsea since January 2023. In the 2024-2025 season, he has participated in 150 matches across all competitions, scoring 22 goals and providing 30 assists.
It was previously reported that the Ukrainian footballer could continue his sports career at one of the clubs in France or Spain.
