According to the Daily Express, Premier League club Chelsea is exploring the option of signing Nottingham Forest center-back Murillo Santiago Costa dos Santos (Murillo).
It is reported that Chelsea’s head coach Enzo Maresca is personally interested in the transfer, aiming to strengthen the Blues' defense.
Murillo, a product of Brazil’s Corinthians academy, has been with Nottingham Forest since August 2023. In the 2025-2026 season, he played four Premier League matches and one Europa League game, without registering any goal contributions.
Murillo’s contract with Forest runs until June 2029. Transfermarkt estimates the 23-year-old, who made his Brazil national team debut in March 2025, at €55 million.
