PSG forward Ousmane Dembélé will be sidelined for roughly six weeks due to an injury sustained during the World Cup 2026 qualifying match between France and Ukraine (2-0), journalist Fabrice Hawkins reports.
The player came on in the second half and was substituted in the 81st minute. The winger injured his hamstring.
Earlier reports said PSG management was highly upset about their player’s injury.
Dembélé has been with the Paris club since 2023. His contract runs until summer 2028. This season the 28-year-old Frenchman has scored two goals and provided one assist in five matches.
