Diogo Jota Posthumously Inducted into Wolverhampton Hall of Fame

Wolverhampton have inducted former player Diogo Jota into the club's Hall of Fame in recognition of the outstanding achievements he had while with the team.

Diogo and his brother Andre tragically lost their lives in a car accident on July 3, when their vehicle veered off the road and caught fire in the Spanish province of Zamora.

Jota played for Wolverhampton from 2017 to 2020, making 131 appearances, scoring 44 goals, and providing 19 assists.

His last club was Liverpool, who have decided to retire the number 20 jersey worn by the athlete.
