The nominees include Alisson Becker from Liverpool, Yassine Bounou from Al-Hilal, Lucas Chevalier from PSG, Thibaut Courtois representing Real Madrid, Gianluigi Donnarumma (PSG), Emiliano Martinez (Aston Villa), Jan Oblak (Atletico Madrid), David Raya (Arsenal), Matz Sels (Nottingham Forest), and Yann Sommer (Inter).
In 2024, the award went to Emiliano Martinez of Aston Villa. Alisson Becker was the first recipient of the Yashin Trophy.
