PSG goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma is reportedly considering a move to the Turkish league. According to Foot Mercato, Galatasaray are showing interest in him and aim to take advantage of the uncertainty surrounding his contract extension with PSG.
Donnarumma's current contract runs until 2026, but negotiations for a new deal have stalled due to his high financial demands.
He currently earns 850,000 euros per month before taxes. However, PSG's management, following the strategy of sports consultant Luis Campos, is offering a different model: a fixed salary plus bonuses based on the number of matches played. This proposal could reduce the overall earnings of the 26-year-old goalkeeper by about a third, which he finds unsatisfactory.
Donnarumma began his career at AC Milan, after graduating from the club's academy. In the summer of 2021, he joined PSG as a free agent after his contract with the Italian team ended.
