FIFA to Combine September and October International Windows Into One

FIFA will combine the September and October international windows into a single break, El Desmarque reports.

The change takes effect in 2026. From September 21 to October 6, the new combined window will run, featuring four matches for each national team. The November window will remain unchanged.

This combined window is scheduled in the international calendar through 2031.

Currently, international breaks take place in September, October, and November.
