The press service of the International Federation of Association Football (FIFA) announced the sale of two million tickets for the final stage matches of the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
It was previously reported that the price for the coveted tickets ranges from $60 to $6,730.
The World Cup will take place from June 11 to July 19, 2026, across 16 cities in the USA, Canada, and Mexico. For the first time in World Cup history, 48 national teams, rather than 32, will participate in the final round. The current trophy holder is the Argentina national team, which defeated the French national team in the 2022 World Cup final in Qatar (3-3 in regulation time, 4-2 in the penalty shootout).
On November 21, the official FIFA website published the poster for the 2026 World Cup, adding Portugal national team captain and Al-Nassr forward Cristiano Ronaldo to the final version.
