The French national team defeated the national team of Morocco in the semi-final match of the World Cup 2022 in Qatar, which takes place from November 20 to December 18.
The first goal of the match, held on December 14, was scored in the sixth minute. It was France national team defender Theo Hernández. 21 minutes into the match the captain of the Moroccan team Romain Saïss left the field.
The result was sealed in the second half. 79 minutes into the match, forward Randal Kolo-Muani scored. Thanks to this victory, the French reached the World Cup final for the second time in a row. In 2018, the French team won the World Cup in Russia.
