
Bayern Munich striker Harry Kane and Manchester City forward Erling Haaland currently lead the race for the 2025-26 European Golden Shoe.
Both players have scored 19 goals in their respective domestic leagues, earning them 38 points each. Real Madrid forward Kylian Mbappe follows closely behind with 18 goals (36 points). The Frenchman claimed the Golden Shoe in the 2024-25 season after netting 31 goals in his debut La Liga campaign.
Kane has been with Bayern since the summer of 2023. In the 2025-26 season, he has recorded 30 goals and three assists in 25 appearances across all competitions. Haaland, who joined the Citizens in 2022, has tallied 25 goals and four assists in 23 matches this term.
Haaland previously won the Golden Shoe in the 2022-23 season with 36 goals, while Kane took home the award in 2023-24 with an identical tally.
