Welcome to the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper [Barcelona's training base and academy], Jerome Boateng!

According to the Spanish portal Sport.es, the former German national team footballer will be at the Catalan club's base for several days.
Jerome Boateng previously announced his desire to complete a coaching internship at Bayern Munich. However, the Munich club's fans opposed the former defender's return due to accusations of driving his ex-girlfriend to suicide, whose body was found in 2021. As a result, the German club's management denied the former player the internship.
Furthermore, Jerome Boateng was accused of inflicting bodily harm on another ex-girlfriend. The regional court in Munich reviewed the assault case and ordered the former defender to pay a fine of €200,000.
