Liverpool Hold the Record for Most Clean-Sheet Wins Over Real Madrid in Champions League History

Liverpool have recorded more clean-sheet victories over Real Madrid than any other club in the history of the European Cup/UEFA Champions League, according to the Telegram channel Stata Football.

The source notes that in all five of its wins against the Spanish side in Europe’s premier club competition, the English team has not conceded a single goal.

On November 4, Liverpool defeated Real Madrid 1-0. Argentine midfielder Alexis Mac Allister scored the decisive goal in the 61st minute, assisted by Dominik Szoboszlai.

After four matches, Arne Slot’s side sits sixth in the Champions League standings with nine points. On Matchday 5, the Reds will host PSV Eindhoven at Anfield on November 26, with kickoff scheduled for 23:00 GMT+3.
