Liverpool head coach Arne Slot commented on his team’s heavy loss in their away match against Manchester City in Matchday 11 of the Premier League. The game ended 0-3.
Arne Slot, quoted by Liverpool media service
They were, in every aspect of football, better [than us in] the first half. I would say like last season. Last season, they didn’t create that many chances. I think today they created more, but it wasn’t that they had chance after chance after chance, but this time they were much more effective with the chances they had.
After 11 matchdays of the current Premier League season, Liverpool sit eighth in the standings with 18 points. Manchester City occupy second place with 22 points.
