Liverpool are monitoring Inter Milan defender Alessandro Bastoni amid the uncertain future of Ibrahima Konate and the inconsistent form of Virgil van Dijk, according to Football Insider.
A potential transfer could cost the Reds at least £80 million (€91.2 million). Barcelona are also reportedly interested in the player.
Bastoni has been with Inter since 2017. In the 2025-26 season, he has recorded one goal and five assists in 20 appearances across all competitions. The contract for the Nerazzurri star expires in the summer of 2028, and Transfermarkt currently estimates him at €80 million.
After 17 rounds of the Premier League, Liverpool sit fifth in the table with 29 points. Arne Slot's side will face Wolverhampton on December 27.
