Forward Luuk de Jong will continue his career in the Portuguese Primeira Liga as the 34-year-old Dutch striker has signed a contract with Porto until the end of the current season. He will wear the number 26 jersey for his new team.
The transfer became official after the agreement with PSV, where de Jong played last season. During his time with the Eindhoven club, he made 47 appearances, scoring 18 goals and providing 13 assists.

At the club level, de Jong has also played for Twente, Borussia Mönchengladbach, Newcastle, Sevilla, and Barcelona. He has represented the Netherlands national team 39 times, scoring eight goals, and concluded his international career in 2023.
