Football agent Paulo Barbosa believes that for Brazilian forward Malcom to move to Zenit, he needs to amicably part ways with Al-Hilal.

Malcom can join Zenit as a free agent if he reaches an agreement with Al-Hilal. Otherwise, it’s not realistic. He needs to negotiate a friendly termination of his contract, or there will be a transfer fee. Al-Hilal won’t want to let Malcom go to Zenit for free. Felipe is an experienced player and could play a significant role at Zenit.
Earlier, Asharq Al-Awsat reported that Malcom might leave Saudi Arabia’s Al-Hilal due to several conflicts and return to Zenit for free.
Malcom transferred to Al-Hilal from Zenit St. Petersburg in the summer of 2023. The 28-year-old Brazilian’s contract runs until June 30, 2027.
