According to Opta Sport, the forward of the Spanish La Liga club Real Madrid and captain of the French national team, Kylian Mbappe, became the hero of the ninth round match of La Liga against Getafe, achieving a unique milestone in the history of los Blancos.
On October 19, Real Madrid won away against Getafe 1-0. The only goal, scored in the 80th minute, was by 26-year-old Mbappe, marking his tenth goal in nine league matches of the 2025-2026 La Liga season.
Thus, “Donatello” became the first Real’s player since the 2014-2015 season to net ten or more goals in the first nine league games.
