
Lionel Messi, the Argentinian forward for MLS club Inter Miami, opened up about his experiences at the French club PSG.
I wasn't happy on a daily basis, with the training, the matches. I had a hard time adapting to all that.
Messi played for PSG from 2021 to 2023 before leaving the club as a free agent. During his time in Paris, he appeared in 75 matches, scoring 32 goals and providing 35 assists.
Since 2023, Messi has been with Inter Miami, which has advanced to the playoffs of the Club World Cup. On Sunday, June 29, Inter Miami will face PSG in the Round of 16 of the tournament taking place in the United States.
Additionally, it has been reported that Barcelona's management will soon settle Messi’s unpaid salary. Furthermore, the Saudi Arabian Public Investment Fund (PIF) has offered the 38-year-old forward a contract to move to their local league.
