Manchester United’s leadership has decided to temporarily step back from pursuing Italian goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma, who recently announced his departure from Paris Saint‑Germain, the Mirror reports.
The source says Manchester United, which had considered the Italian goalkeeper among potential targets, will for now focus on other candidates for the position.
It is also noted that Donnarumma did not show a strong desire to move to the Red Devils.
Remember that the Italian has been with the Paris club since July 2021. With PSG Gianluigi Donnarumma has won ten trophies: four French league titles, two domestic cups, three Super Cups, and the UEFA Champions League.
