Belgian winger Leandro Trossard of London’s Arsenal has accepted an offer from Turkey’s Fenerbahce after a personal conversation with the team’s head coach, Jose Mourinho, according to The Sun.
The 30-year-old Belgian decided to leave Arsenal after struggling to secure a permanent spot in the team. The potential transfer fee for Leandro Trossard, including bonuses, is reported to be €19.5 million, and his salary at Fenerbahce is expected to increase significantly.
Trossard has been with Arsenal since January 2023. Last season, he participated in 56 matches across all competitions, scoring ten goals and providing ten assists. His current contract with the club runs until the summer of 2026, and Transfermarkt estimates his market value at €22 million.
Last season, Fenerbahce finished second in the Turkish Super League, losing the championship to Galatasaray.
