
Journalist Fabrizio Romano has reported that Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) have come to an agreement with Lille goalkeeper Lucas Chevalier on terms of his personal contract.
Previously, it was revealed that Lille aim to receive around 40 million euros for the transfer of the 23-year-old French goalkeeper. He is seen as a potential replacement for Gianluigi Donnarumma, whose contract with PSG expires in the summer of 2026. PSG have yet to extend the Italian keeper’s contract, increasing the likelihood of this deal.
In the 2024/25 season, Chevalier played 34 matches for Lille in Ligue 1, keeping a clean sheet in 11 of them. In the Champions League, he participated in 10 games, conceding 13 goals. According to Transfermarkt, his market value is estimated at 35 million euros.
