Paris Saint-Germain plan to earn £26 million (more than €30 million) from the transfer of Italian goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma, journalist and insider Ben Jacobs reported on his social media.
Earlier reports said Donnarumma might move to Galatasaray, but according to the source the goalkeeper turned down that transfer and wants to continue his career in the English Premier League.
On August 2 the Paris club informed the Italian keeper about the planned signing of Lille goalkeeper Lucas Chevalier. Journalist and insider Nicolo Schira reported that PSG had put Donnarumma up for sale.
Donnarumma joined the Parisians in 2021 and made 161 appearances for PSG in all competitions. He conceded 156 goals and kept 56 clean sheets. Transfermarkt currently estimates him at €40 million.
