Russian goalkeeper Matvey Safonov may leave Paris Saint-Germain this winter. As reported by Live Foot, the club is currently dealing with the goalkeeper's transfer.
PSG’s sporting director Luís Campos is looking for clubs interested in purchasing the 26-year-old Russian. The transfer could happen in January when the winter transfer window opens.
It is noted that the possible departure of the player is linked to political reasons.
Safonov has been playing for PSG since 2024, having made 17 appearances. His contract with the club runs until summer 2029. Transfermarkt estimates the player’s market value at 18 million euros.
