Manchester City manager Josep Guardiola admires Real Madrid winger Rodrygo and supports the idea of signing him, as reported by journalist Fabrizio Romano on social media.
According to the report, the 24‑year‑old Brazilian is being considered as an option if Savio leaves. Savio is attracting interest from Tottenham.
Earlier reports said Real Madrid would be willing to let Rodrygo go if he wants to change clubs. The Spanish club estimates the player at about 100 million euros.
Last season Rodrygo played 54 matches in all competitions, scored 14 goals and made 11 assists. His contract with Real runs until the summer of 2028.
