Ronaldo May Return to Real Madrid After Retirement

Famous Portuguese forward Cristiano Ronaldo, who plays for Saudi Arabian club Al-Nassr, has not ruled out the possibility of returning to Real Madrid after his playing career ends.

Ronaldo, cited by journalist Eduardo Aguirre:

Cristiano Ronaldo
Returning to Real? Maybe after ending my career, something can happen. My period at Real Madrid is the happiest for me in terms of football.

Ronaldo played for Real Madrid from 2009 to 2018 and won four UEFA Champions League titles with the team. Furthermore, during his time with Los Blancos, he won La Liga twice, the Copa del Rey, the Supercopa de España, and the UEFA Super Cup.

Ronaldo has been with Al-Nassr since January 2023, scoring 79 goals in 88 matches across all competitions and providing 18 assists.

His current contract with Al-Nassr expires at the end of June 2025, and Transfermarkt estimates his market value at €12 million.

Previously, Cristiano Ronaldo assessed the potential of Real Madrid midfielder Jude Bellingham. He also stated that he considers Los Blancos to be the best club in football history.
