Matvei Safonov already played a decisive role in the penalty shootout against Lens last season. Today he was incredible. Still, I don't think he will become the undisputed first-team player. He will just put much more pressure on Chevalier.
Safonov has played for PSG since 2024. The footballer has 21 appearances to his name. The player's agreement with the club is valid until the summer of 2029. Transfermarkt estimates the footballer's market value at €15 million.
