According to Telecomasia.net, Spartak have turned down a €15 million plus bonuses offer from Flamengo for midfielder Esequiel Barco. Currently, there are no ongoing negotiations between the two clubs.
Earlier reports indicated that Flamengo's initial offer was less than €10 million, followed by a second offer of €14 million. According to O Dia, the player himself would like to return to South America.
Barco joined Spartak in the summer of 2024. The Argentine has played 36 matches for the Moscow club, scoring 14 goals and providing 9 assists. Transfermarkt estimates the 26-year-old midfielder at €14 million.
