Inter Miami striker Luis Suárez missed 70 matches due to suspensions and 62 because of injuries over his career, reports El Observador.
His latest punishment in MLS was a three‑match ban for spitting at a Seattle staff member after the Leagues Cup final. He was previously suspended for six matches in that tournament.
Suárez’s longest bans came for biting opponents – the victims include Otman Bakkal (PSV), Branislav Ivanovic (Chelsea) and Giorgio Chiellini (Italy).
