
German forward Thomas Müller, formerly of Bayern Munich, has reached an agreement to join an MLS club, according to journalist Florian Plettenberg.
The name of Müller’s new club will be announced soon. The contract for the 35-year-old player will run until the summer of 2026.
Müller has played a total of 756 matches for Bayern, scoring 250 goals and providing 276 assists. He left Bayern on July 6, 2025, after 25 years with the club, during which he won 33 trophies, including two UEFA Champions League titles and the FIFA World Cup in 2014.
The news of Müller’s desire to continue his career in MLS emerged on July 22.
