According to information published on social media by journalist and insider Fabrizio Romano, London club Tottenham have made an offer to Manchester City to buy Brazilian forward Savio for €50 million.
According to the source, the Citizens value the player higher and are aiming to get a larger sum. Discussions between the clubs over the terms of the deal are ongoing.
Savio is a 21-year-old player. He moved to Europe in 2022 after leaving Atlético Mineiro. Before that he also played for Dutch PSV and Spanish Girona. Last season the winger took part in 48 games for City in all competitions, scoring three goals and providing 13 assists.
His current contract with the English club runs until the summer of 2029. According to Transfermarkt, the player's market value is €50 million.
