
Real Madrid forward Vinicius Junior is struggling to reach an agreement with the club's management over a contract extension, according to The Athletic.
Sources indicate that the Brazilian player is looking for a contract worth €30 million per year, including a bonus for renewal.
Earlier, Marca reported that the 24-year-old had agreed to extend his contract with Real Madrid until 2030.
Vinicius has been with Real since 2018, and his current contract is set to last until the summer of 2027. Last season, he played 55 matches across all competitions, scoring 22 goals and providing 19 assists.
On June 21, Sport.es reported that Real Madrid midfielder Dani Ceballos might leave the team during the summer transfer window.
