In Saint Petersburg, at the SKA Arena, and in other cities, people follow the games with enthusiasm: there are flags everywhere, the fans are stomping and clapping. You really want to be part of that atmosphere. We play hockey on the ice, but the atmosphere here is like football. It’s really cool. When I’m on the ice, part of me wants to have fun with the fans in the stands.
"NHL clubs should learn how to cheer in the stands. Here, a regular-season game feels like a playoff game there. In the NHL, fans become more interested as the season progresses, but here I noticed fan passion right from the start. They want to win as badly as the players. It’s nice to see,” said Blandisi.
Blandisi joined SKA in August 2025. His contract is for two years, running through the end of the 2026-27 season. He has played 14 regular-season FONBET KHL games for the Saint Petersburg club, scoring 4 points (3 goals + 1 assist), with a plus/minus rating of -2.
