Former UFC heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou of Cameroon published a new post on social media, sharing two photos of himself with his followers.

Ngannou left the UFC this past January and recently signed with the PFL. His last fight was against France's Ciryl Gane at UFC 270 in January 2022. In that fight Francis won by unanimous decision of the judges.
Ngannou made his MMA debut against Rachid Benzina in November 2013, under the 100% Fight Promotions. Francis won that fight by first round submission. He has 17 wins and three losses under his belt.
