UFC Hall of Famer and former middleweight champion Anderson Silva received a payment of $10.3 million owed to him under the antitrust lawsuit against the UFC.
In February 2025 the UFC reached a global settlement of $375 million in favor of fighters who accused the organization of creating and maintaining a monopoly in the mixed martial arts market.
According to calculations by lawyer and journalist John S. Nash, each fighter will get 32.7% of their total reported UFC fight purses, plus $14,179.33 for each fight they competed in.
Silva’s last mixed martial arts bout was in October 2020 at UFC Fight Night 181, where he lost to Uriah Hall by TKO in the fourth round. His MMA record is 34 wins and 11 losses. One fight was ruled no contest.
