Former UFC middleweight champion Michael Bisping spoke about current heavyweight titleholder Tom Aspinall, who is scheduled to fight Ciryl Gane at UFC 321 on October 25 in Abu Dhabi.
Michael Bisping, quoted by Bloody Elbow
Tom is gigantic, he's big, he's light on his feet. I always say he's like the Muhammad Ali of mixed martial arts or a heavyweight Georges St-Pierre. I heavily, heavily lean towards Tom Aspinall in this fight. (against Gane)
Aspinall last fought Curtis Blaydes in July 2024 at UFC 304, winning by first-round knockout. His record is 15 wins and three losses.
Gane last entered the Octagon against Alexander Volkov in December 2024 at UFC 310, a bout that ended with a split decision in Gane’s favor. Gane’s record stands at 13 wins and two losses.
