On October 5 in Las Vegas, USA, Alex Pereira and Magomed Ankalaev will face off in a title rematch.
Chimaev is scheduled to fight middleweight champion Dricus Du Plessis on August 17 in Chicago, USA, as part of the main event at UFC 319.
Chimaev last entered the octagon in October 2024 at UFC 308, where he submitted Robert Whittaker in the first round. He holds an impressive record of 14 wins and no losses.
Dricus Du Plessis fought last in February 2025 at UFC 312, winning a unanimous decision against Sean Strickland. His professional record includes 23 wins and 2 losses.
