UFC middleweight champion Khamzat Chimaev announced on his social media that he is ready to face Alex Pereira in the heavyweight division.
Previously, Pereira stated his intention to fight at heavyweight.

On October 5 at UFC 320, Alex Pereira took the light heavyweight title from Russian Magomed Ankalaev by technical knockout in the first round. Pereira has 13 wins and three losses. After the fight, UFC middleweight champion Khamzat Chimaev said that he and Pereira have "unfinished business." Chimaev’s record stands at 15 wins and no losses.
