Brazilian mixed martial arts fighter Paulo Costa will fight Russian Ikram Aliskerov on July 29 at the UFC 291 tournament in Salt Lake City (USA). It was announced by the president of the league Dana White.
Costa last competed in the Octagon against Luke Rockhold in August 2022 at UFC 278. That fight lasted the whole distance and ended in favor of Paulo by unanimous decision of the judges. He has 14 wins and two losses under his belt.
Aliskerov had his last fight against Philip Howes on May 7 at UFC 288. In this confrontation, Ikram won by knockout in the first round. He has 14 wins and one loss under his belt.
