Former interim UFC welterweight champion and American mixed martial arts fighter Colby Covington has spoken out about his return to the octagon.

I think that’s when they’re planning for me, International Fight Week (which takes place at the end of June - editor's note). Just trying to figure out who’s gonna be the guy. I got unfinished business with my last fight Leon Edwards. I’m gonna probably have to fight someone else to get back to him. So, whoever.
Covington last stepped into the octagon against Leon Edwards in December 2023 at UFC 296. That fight went the full distance and ended in a unanimous decision defeat for Colby. He has 17 wins and four losses on his record.
