The lightweight bout between Azerbaijan’s Rafael Fiziev and Brazil’s Mauricio Ruffy will take place on February 1 as part of the UFC 325 event in Sydney, Australia.
The UFC press service announced the fight.
Fiziev, 32, last fought Ignacio Bahamondes in June of this year at UFC on ABC 8. Rafael won that bout by unanimous decision. He has a record of 13 wins and four losses.
Ruffy last fought Benoit Saint-Denis in September of this year at UFC Fight Night 258. Mauricio suffered a loss by submission in the second round in that contest. He has a record of 12 wins and two losses.
