On October 12 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, at the main event of UFC Fight Night 261, Oliveira defeated Mateusz Gamrot by submission (rear-naked choke) in the second round. His record stands at 36 wins and 11 losses. One fight was declared a no contest.
