
New Zealand UFC fighter Dan Hooker shared his impressions of the bout between Mateusz Gamrot and Charles Oliveira, noting the Polish fighter’s physical fatigue.

He [Gamrot] looked like he was just blown after the first round. Five minutes in, and he was huffing and puffing, turning pink. Obviously, a huge gamble for Charles to take that fight only three-and-a-half months after such a devastating knockout.
The Oliveira vs. Gamrot fight took place on October 12 at UFC Fight Night 261 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Charles won by submission in the second round.
36-year-old Oliveira’s record is 36 wins, 11 losses, and one no contest. 34-year-old Gamrot’s record stands at 25 wins, 4 losses, and one no contest.
