American fighter King Green (formerly Bobby Green) announced his desire to fight Brazil's Renato Moicano on February 22nd at a tournament in Houston and proposed an unusual bet for the bout.
King Green, quoted by MMA Junkie
I wanted to fight in Houston. I was wanting to fight Moicano. I don't know if he has a fight or not, but I was looking at Moicano, like, I've been seeing these commercials, and he be on, I think it's Kraken or something like that. He's always like, 'Bitcoin, brother! Buy Bitcoin!' I'm like, maybe he wants to fight, and the loser has to buy the other person a Bitcoin. We'll fight for a Bitcoin.
Green last stepped into the octagon against Lance Gibson Jr. on December 14th at UFC Vegas 112. That fight ended in King's favor via split decision. His record stands at 33 wins, 17 losses, one draw, and one no-contest.
Moicano last fought Beneil Dariush in June of this year at UFC 317. That fight ended in a loss for Renato via unanimous decision. His record stands at 20 wins, seven losses, and one draw.
