UFC heavyweight champion Tom Aspinall spoke harshly toward Ciryl Gane after the Frenchman posted on social media stating that his next fight date is still unknown.
"Still no date or opponent yet… but we keep grinding and training hard before the holidays," Gane wrote on Instagram, posting a photo of a joint training session with Tai Tuivasa.

The UFC heavyweight title fight between Aspinall and Gane took place in October of this year at UFC 321 in Abu Dhabi (UAE). The bout was stopped in the first round due to an eye poke by Ciryl and was ruled a no-contest as Tom was unable to continue.
Aspinall’s record stands at 15 wins, three losses, and one no-contest. Gane has 13 wins, two losses, and one no-contest.
