UFC commentator Joe Rogan appealed to the promotion's management with a proposal to include a fight featuring former two-division champion Jon Jones on the card for the UFC White House event, scheduled for June 14, 2026.
Joe Rogan, quoted by Yahoo Sports
If they don’t do Jon Jones at the White House, I think it would be a travesty. They need to do that. C’mon! Dana’s like, "You can’t count on him." You can f***ing count on him.
Jones last fought Stipe Miocic in November 2024 at UFC 309. In that bout, Jon won via technical knockout in the third round and successfully defended the UFC heavyweight title. His record is 28 wins, one loss, and one no-contest.
Jones made his MMA debut in April 2008 at FFP: Untamed 20. He faced fellow American Brad Bernard. That fight ended in Jon's favor via technical knockout in the first round.
