According to Telecomasia.net, former two-weight UFC champion Jon Jones may travel to Moscow to attend the IBA Bare Knuckle tournament on July 26 as a guest of honor. This information comes from a source close to the American fighter.

In addition to Jones, other UFC fighters may also attend the upcoming tournament. The event will be headlined by a match between Emil Novruzov and Samat "Kyrgyz" Abdyrakhmanov. The co-main event will see Shovkhal Churchaev face Alovset Mamiev.

Jones last entered the octagon against Stipe Miocic in November 2024 at UFC 309, where he won by technical knockout in the third round. He has since announced his retirement from professional fighting. His record stands at 28 wins, one loss, and one no-contest.
